2. Possess a valid drivers license and personal vehicle with current insurance a plus.
3. Ability to lift 25lbs or more
4. Two forms of valid proof of identification
5. Availability must meet company requirements, On call, part time or full time status
6. Pass a drug screening upon request at any time
